Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

A “verifiable” test must contain your first and last name, date the test was administered and a negative test result.

Most testing that is completed through a Pharmacy or Healthcare/Testing facility is verifiable as long as it contains the above.

At-home tests are only verifiable if they are proctored. Otherwise, there is no way for VOW to verify who received the test.

There are very few testing agencies that offer verifiable proctored at-home tests (e.g., EMED)

At this point, if you have not placed an order for a proctored at-home test, it will likely not reach you in time and may no longer be available due to demand

We recommend making an appointment for your Rapid Antigen Test ASAP at a testing facility within 1 day of the event start date

This can be done where you live OR locally. Wake County COVID-19 Testing Locations

We also recommend making an appointment for your PCR Test. The PCR test should be administered no earlier than Monday, January 31st.
Most PCR tests are able to yield results within 72 hours so you should have your test back in time for the event start date, Thursday, February 3rd.
