Our events would not be possible without the help and support of all of our volunteers – from those that help us in the office for months prior to each event; to those that help us the day of the event; and finally to those that help us clean up afterwards. Each year, over 300 volunteers make our event possible.

Our volunteers donate their time and talents in various ways. Volunteers serve as committee leaders or members, assisting with event planning and design and preparing for the silent and live auctions.  Volunteers help us by setting up and hosting events, registering guests, and monitoring the wine auctions.

Mailing “Save the Dates” and other invitations (October)

Auction Set-up and Auction Administration (requires people with wine knowledge and computer skills and 80+ hours of availability in January)
